Add Controller No.1 to your lightener (permanent color) formula and mix thoroughly.
Apply lightener (permanent color) and process as usual, then rinse.
Gently distribute Controller No.2 evenly from roots to ends, or on areas that were lightened or colored.
Rinse and shampoo.
Apply toner.
Rinse, shampoo, and then condition.
